TRULY REACH EVERYONE
Wherever you are in your journey as a church, and whatever worship style you have, there’s one question you have to answer: How are you going to reach the 70% of those around you who have no interest in attending a church service of any kind?
“Making disciples from the harvest for the harvest, a true lost-to-disciple-making culture, is what The Table Network is all about. In an era where there is lots of noise around the subject, crowded with many aspirational leaders and theoretical philosophers, they are actually equipping the everyday Jesus follower to be fruitful and multiply.”
– Todd Milby
Training Director for Christ Together & Founder of Catapult
RECLAIM AN ANCIENT APPROACH
The Scriptures tell the story of how a movement of everyday, and mostly unarmed, people went on to reach 65% of the Roman Empire in just 300 years. At the core of this ancient, yet tangible, approach we find the freedom to shed the complexities we often add to the simple mission of love and discipleship in the hands of every believer.
Welcome to the Reclaim Journey.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE RECLAIM JOURNEY?
Tools, teaching, group discussions, and personal exercises that bring you (or your team) into the Language, Practice, and Framework you need to slow down with those you love, set a table of grace and belonging, and send out the disciples who emerge to go and do the same.
Develop a language around what Jesus has done and declared to help others see what could be
Learn how to use your voice as you seek to love and disciple others to love and disciple
Utilize a framework for mission that helps new Church families form in your context
“The great Christian revolutions came not by the discovery of something that was not known before. They happen when someone takes radically something that was always there.”
- Richard Niebuhr
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
How to live in the freedom you are inviting everyone else to walk in
How to disciple others in a way that they can go and do the same all on their own
How to allow your context—”the harvest”—to shape what your Church family looks like
How to use your unique voice to empower a movement with those different than you
How to do less ministry today as a leader to see more movement tomorrow
How to apprentice everyday leaders IN the work of the ministry rather than FOR it
"Listen, the Table Network training is not about some more content to file away. It's about putting tried and tested tools in the hands of those that are ready to step in the work God is calling them to. Only do this if you want action and movement."
- Alex Wickell
Pastor at The Branch, Chicago, IL

"With the help of Table Network, Wellspring is developing a DNA of slowing down, loving well, and inviting others into discipleship communities. It’s been a joy to rediscover the freedom of this ancient approach and to reclaim the purpose of the church in our community. We’re already seeing everyday people realize their potential to share good news, and we're looking forward to the movement that comes as a result."
